Koza Real Estate Appraisal Inc. was established on March 23, 2006, under the name “Koza Real Estate Appraisal Ltd.” to provide real estate appraisal and consultancy services to banks, financial institutions, public entities, foundations, associations, insurance companies, companies with dealership agreements, as well as private and legal entities. On June 17, 2009, it was converted into a joint-stock company and has continued its operations since then.
Our company was included in the Capital Markets Board (CMB) list to provide “Real Estate Appraisal Services” pursuant to the CMB’s Serial: VIII, No: 35 communiqué and decision dated November 13, 2009, numbered 33/974.
Additionally, on December 8, 2011, the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BRSA) granted our company the authority to provide “valuation services for real estate, real estate projects, or rights and benefits related to such projects” to banks, with decision number 4480.
Koza Real Estate Appraisal Inc. obtained the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System Certificate on April 28, 2011, demonstrating its capability to conduct on-site inspections and valuations of real estate, machinery, and equipment in accordance with international standards.
Our headquarters is located in Istanbul, Kadıköy, at Kozyatağı Mahallesi, Bayar Caddesi, Bayar İş Merkezi No: 107/3. We also have regional offices in Gaziantep and Ankara. The paid-in capital of our company is 245,000 TL.
We provide real estate appraisal services to a wide range of institutions and organizations, including companies subject to CMB regulations, domestic and foreign banks, real estate investment trusts, financial leasing companies, insurance companies, public institutions, municipalities, audit firms, brokerage firms, foundations, holdings, and individuals.
To date, we have prepared over 30,000 appraisal reports. Our team consists of experienced professionals, including urban planners, survey engineers, civil engineers, architects, and business specialists. While our headquarters is in Istanbul, we provide services throughout Türkiye.
